Breakfast porridge with banana, cinnamon & honey

Description: 

Serve 1 (large portion) or 2 (small portion)

Ingredients: 

½ cup rolled oats

1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (or water if you prefer an austere version) 
icaria pure sea crystals® or sea salt

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 

2 tablespoons icaria pure pine tree honey

1 banana ripe preferably 

Method: 

1. Place the oats with milk to a pan over a medium heat.

2. Add a pinch of salt and bring to simmer for 5-8 minutes, stirring constantly to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency of your porridge. If you desire the porridge runnier just add some more milk or water. 

3. Add the honey, give it some stir and remove it from heat. 

4. Serve it with the banana chopped in slices and sprinkle the cinnamon on it. Top it with some drizzles of honey.
