1. Wash strawberries and remove stems, chop roughly.
2. Place them in a pan with 1 tsp butter, 3-4 tbsp water and 1-2 tbsp icaria pure pine tree honey.
3. Turn up the heat and bubble until saucy.
4. Serve hot over ice cream or greek yogurt or with pancakes. Serve cold over cheesecake or overnight oats or with any other dessert of your choice.
