2 heaped teaspoon peeled and finely chopped fresh turmeric
2 teaspoon peeled and roughly chopped ginger
1 stick on cinnamon
2 tablespoon ICARIA PURE heather honey
pinch of ground black pepper
pinch ICARIA PURE sea crystals
2 cups milk of your choice
1. Combine turmeric, ginger, cinnamon stick, sea crystals and a pinch of black pepper.
2. Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until just simmering.
3. Add all the spices and simmer for about 5 more minutes.
4. When heat is turned off add honey, and stir everything until smooth and frothy. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
