Pine tree honey is a mild fragrant honey with a dark pearl amber colour, collected from the protected pine and fir forest of Ikaria. Rich in antioxidants and other nutritional elements, a good source of minerals, particular of potassium. Greek pine honey has the strongest anti-bacterial properties.
